Hi. You probably forgot I had a blog…I did too. So, it’s been a while but I’m glad you’re back.
Everyone always says, ‘Keep up with your routine in December.”
I’m here to admit…that’s really hard.
My holiday days off of work consisted in a lot of Netflix, hanging with my family and just not doing much. I did not go to the gym 4X a week, skip desserts or keep up with my blog. I might not be the next big thing because of it, but it’s ok to mess up sometimes.
I’m a fan of goal setting in general so one of my New Year’s Resolutions is to be more consistent on the blog.
